- You are responsible for your own internet connection charges. Your card issuer may also charge a foreign transaction fee for international purchases.

- When you're charged
- The first 7 days after sign-up are a free trial, and you are not charged during that period. After the trial ends, you are billed automatically at each renewal (monthly for the monthly plan, yearly for the annual plan). The free trial applies only to your first sign-up — if you cancel and sign up again, no trial is given.
- When the service is provided
- Immediately after sign-up (all features are available during the free trial as well).
- Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged at all. If you cancel after the trial ends, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for; no prorated refunds are given. Cancel anytime from Settings → Plan tab → “Manage billing / Cancel.” If you can't log in (for example, a forgotten password), contact us at the email address above.
- Returns and cancellations
- As a digital service, we do not offer refunds after purchase in principle. See “Cancellation” above for how to cancel.
- System requirements
- A recent, modern browser is recommended (iOS Safari, Android Chrome, or a desktop browser).
